I'm starting today telling you all what I eat in a days time.  Yes --after you all read this you will probably think that I'm just a "Wanarexic" But I'm not, everyone has a binge...
















It's like today is the worst day ever...It seems like, to me, that I'm slowly getting rid of my ED. I don't know why..maybe it's just hibernating. They say that happens to some people sometimes...I don't know. Maybe it's me.  I'll find out some way. 
This is what I eat usually in a days time period.
 
November 19th, 2006:
 
Breakfast: Apple Juice  (15 cals.)
                 One cup of dry cereal. (25 cals.)
                
Lunch:  Diet Coke (0 cals)
             1/4 Cup of Carrots  (14 cals)
             1/4 Cup of Asparogus  (17 cals)
             1/4 Cup of Brussel Sprouts (10 cals)
                 [All Steamed, and No Sauces]
 
Dinner:  2 Cups of chopped baked Chicken (85 cals.)
              Diet Dr. Pepper (0 cals.)
 
Total: 166 Calories
