Get Tanned! Go to the tanning bed, or to the beach.
Since I don't like my flab exposed to everyone I usually just get in my tanning bed that I have at home. Or
if you can't afford the tanning bed trips, which are like 3-5 dollars. Isn't that expensive, but they add up. You can get
the self-applied tanning lotion/foam. It sometimes make you streaked and orange if you don't apply it right.
[I go to the tanning bed atleast 5 times a week..when I want to tanning beds that have better bulbs. Which 5
trips is 25 dollars.]
Fashion Magazines, Best Thinspo Ever! Vogue is my favorite.
Skim or Fat Free Milk. If you drink milk.
Fat Free pop sicles. Grape, and Banana are my favorites. They taste
the best. Or you can get 'Skinny Cows' They have CHOCOLATE! And they are fat free,
Special K cereal. Replace 2 meals with the cereal and lose up to 2 pant sizes
in 10 days, or something like that.
